Refund Policy

We want you to enrol with confidence. This policy explains when and how refunds apply to CADADDA course fees.

1. Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on how far the course has progressed at the time of your request. Demo classes are always free and never charged.

2. Refund schedule

3. How to request a refund

Email info@cadadda.com with your name, batch and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Non-refundable items

  • One-time registration / admission fee
  • Certification exam fees paid to Autodesk
  • Any materials or licenses already issued
